Are you looking for some additional enrichment and movement for your youth? Then maybe your child would love to join Keyfit Life Kids for some online FUN! Let them jump, kick, dance, and have an after-school adventure! They are sure to get out some great energy in the process. Experience Keyfit Life Kids LIVE virtual classes. These classes are designed specifically with children in mind and can be done anywhere with live streaming sessions.

Offered daily at 3:30pm CST, each Keyfit Kids Club session helps engage students physically and mentally, while allowing them to explore their surroundings and gain necessary physical movement and activity!
